To make sure corals and other marine animals arrive healthy, we ship livestock in protective, temperature-appropriate packaging. We use GO! Express for Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We use UPS Express for Belgium, Poland, Czechia, France, Spain and Denmark.
Secure express livestock shipping
GO! Express delivers livestock to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. UPS Express delivers to Belgium, Poland, Czechia, France, Spain and Denmark. The listed prices include express shipping. For orders below €80.00, the €15.00 packaging surcharge is already included in the first price tier.

All prices include statutory VAT. UPS Express shipping costs €60.00. A €15.00 packaging surcharge applies below an order value of €80.00, so checkout shows €75.00. UPS Express shipping is free from an order value of €500.00.
Dispatch and delivery days
- GO! Express: dispatch Monday to Thursday, normally delivered Tuesday to Friday.
- UPS Express: dispatch only Monday to Wednesday, delivered Tuesday to Thursday by the afternoon of the following day.
- There is no UPS dispatch on Friday, Saturday or Sunday; Monday is the first UPS dispatch day of the week.
- No regular delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
- The standard transit time is usually one working day and can vary by postcode or regional conditions.
Protective packaging
- Insulated polystyrene box and secure transport bags
- Heat packs or cool packs are used according to the weather
- Careful inspection immediately before dispatch
- Dispatch may be postponed during extreme weather to protect the animals
Preferred delivery date
In the cart you can select an available preferred delivery date for the chosen delivery country. We cannot automatically identify every regional or local public holiday at the delivery address. Please check whether your chosen delivery date is a holiday at your location. If you select such a date, delivery may take place on the next available working day. Delays caused by a local or regional holiday selected by the customer are excluded from our voluntary Live Arrival Guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Store pickup
Personal pickup from CoralPrime in Mülheim an der Ruhr is available by arrangement and is free of charge. Select “Pickup” at checkout.
Important for livestock deliveries
Please make sure the parcel can be accepted in person on the first delivery attempt. Delays or another delivery attempt can endanger animal welfare and cause additional costs.
