Return pumps

Return pumps move water between a sump and an aquarium or supply a suitable water circuit. This collection includes adjustable Deltec and Jebao models. Choose according to the flow needed in your installed system, lift height and suitable connections – not tank volume alone.

Which return pump suits your setup?

• Height and plumbing: Check the height difference, pipe diameter, bends and connected equipment. They affect actual flow. Maximum flow and maximum lift height are separate limits; they are not achieved simultaneously.
• Installation and connections: Compare dimensions, inlet and outlet sizes, and the installation permitted for the exact model. A pump installed outside the water still needs a correctly supplied water path.
• Control: Choose controls that suit your system. Check the individual model for a controller, control interface or app functions. Features are not identical across every product family.
• Maintenance: Allow access to the impeller and inlet. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and disconnect equipment from the power supply before working in the water.

Compare specific models

The Deltec E-Flow 8 has a 0–10 V control interface. The Jebao EP-6500 belongs to the adjustable EP series, with installation details for the individual model.
