Care in the reef aquarium
- Lighting: low to moderate; start in subdued light
- Water flow: gentle to moderate and indirect; prevent sediment collecting
- Feeding: occasionally offer very small meaty particles when feeding polyps respond
- Water chemistry: 24–26 °C, 34–35 PSU, alkalinity 7–8.5 °dKH, calcium 410–450 mg/l, magnesium 1,250–1,400 mg/l.
