Description
Iron-hydroxide-based adsorber for binding phosphate and silicate. Select the amount according to water test results and the manufacturer instructions.
How to use
Start with 100 ml per 300 litres. After five days, increase to up to 150 ml per 300 litres if needed; never exceed 200 ml per 300 litres. The media is prewashed and should not be rinsed again. Use in a filter bag, between layers of filter wool or in a suitable filter.
Monitor water parameters
Test phosphate regularly. Avoid use at already very low levels; replace exhausted media when phosphate rises again. This iron-hydroxide media binds phosphate and silicate. It may warm up in water; fine particles can temporarily give the water a reddish tint.
Notes
Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Rinse eyes thoroughly with water after contact and wash hands after use. Follow the current product label.
