Stylocoeniella in a reef aquarium
Stylocoeniella is an encrusting SPS coral. When buying, compare photographs and the size of the offered specimen.
Lighting, flow and placement
Start with low to moderate light and acclimate gradually. Mount securely on reef rock with room for growth. Gentle to moderate indirect flow should prevent debris collecting without continually compressing the polyps.
Care
Suitable fine food particles may occasionally be offered sparingly. Keep water chemistry stable and regularly check alkalinity, calcium, magnesium and nutrient levels.
